UCSF Set 20-Percent, First Year Local Hiring Goal & Met It

UCSF voluntarily committed to an ambitious goal to hire a workforce averaging at least 20-percent San Francisco residents during 2011, the first year of the Mission Bay Hospitals Project, followed by a 5-percent increase per year through the project’s completion in 2014.

Local Hiring Updates

As part of our commitment to local hiring, from January to October 2011, we met monthly with all community members interested in and involved with workforce development in the construction trades and we posted key information from each meeting on this website. Although no new meetings are scheduled, UCSF will continue to post updated local hiring statistics each month.
